One Charter Street Locke is a 279-room apartment hotel, located in London’s in Wood Wharf on Canary Wharf, comprising 5 typologys studio apartments divided in 18 floors.  It will comprise 194 design-led studio apartments of approximately 25 square metres, and 85 larger apartments of approximately 32 square metres, all of which will feature a kitchen and living area. Wood Wharf is expected to be fully delivered by Canary Wharf Group in 2023. Tasks included: concept design, schematics, construction and detailed drawings, schedules, developed CGI’s, selecting  and coordinating FF&E packages, shop drawings and schedules of work.
